Returns and exchanges policy
You can return any full priced item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Unfortunately no refund is eligible on sale items.
Please note that items must be returned within 14 working days in an unworn, unused, unmarked condition in the original packaging with all original tags still attached. Items returned outside of this time scale will be exchange only.

We highly recommend using a tracked service so you can track the where abouts of your return. Frankie’s Fashion Boutique cannot be held responsible for the loss of your return.
Please be careful when trying on your items! We cannot accept returns on soiled items. Ensure all tags are intact and the item is in original condition. All goods will be inspected on return. Any unwanted items must be returned to Frankie’s Fashion Boutique in a saleable condition.
Unfortunately any returns which are found to have make-up stains on the garment cannot be exchanged or refunded. The goods are your responsibility until they reach Frankie’s Fashion Boutique, so please make sure it’s packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way! Ensure you cross out any original addresses that could confuse the postman.
We are unable to issue a refund until we have received your item, so we recommend using a recorded delivery service that you can track.
Postage costs are non-refundable.
Please allow the Frankie’s Fashion Boutique team 7 working days to process your return & refund after it has reached our premises.
